If the Service experiences more than three (3) recognized Outages within a single calendar week (Monday through Sunday), you hold the right to terminate this Agreement without penalty. To exercise this right, you must provide written notice of your intent to terminate within one week of the third Outage. Upon our acceptance of this termination, you will be issued a prorated refund equivalent to the amount paid for your current billing term.

8. Modifications to Terms

ExtBC.com reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the most current version of these Terms.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA. By using this Service, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that region for the resolution of any legal disputes.
